What sets us apart
In addition to their work as lawyers, the partners and attorneys of our firm also work or have worked in the academic field or in teaching, for example at the Universities of Padua, Treviso and Innsbruck.
This combination of practical and academic experience enables us to advise and represent clients in Italian, European and international law with a high degree of solid yet creative expertise. Our university networks allow us to promptly and directly refer to external university expertise in a wide range of areas should the complexity of a mandate require.
Lastly, in addition to extensive experience before all courts and high courts, the partners of our firm have relevant experience as arbitrators before (inter)national courts of arbitration. Close cooperation with a renowned international tax consultancy firm and an established notary firm round out our comprehensive range of services.
All of this has enabled us to diligently pursue and successfully handle almost all legal mandates in private and public commercial law.
Our clients’ needs take centre stage
We are attorneys and legal scholars with passion. We employ our knowledge and abilities to provide clients with quick, practical and above all useful solutions for their legal issues. For us, the highest level of comprehensive and professional consulting and support is a given.
In addition, the partners of the firm are equally rooted in the German and Italian cultures. In this respect, not only are we able to provide legal support in Italy to clients from German-speaking regions absent language barriers, but we are also able to consider and overcome cultural differences when necessary.
Moreover, our practice with locations and collaboration partners in Italy, Austria and Germany enables us to work successfully with clients across borders throughout German-speaking regions and Italy with the requisite degree of flexibility and efficiency.
